Foliage mid-green colour turning glowing red and orange in Autumn. Produces feathery silver plumes in Summer that become flowers which resemble puffs of pink to rose coloured smoke. Rounded shape. Growth rate slow to moderate.
Prefers full sun to part shade and well draining soil.

Foliage emerges light red and gradually becomes a richly coloured burgundy to purple-green. Autumn colour is bright red and orange. Produces clusters of purple-pink flowers in Summer resembls puffs of smoke. Upright, open shade with a multi-branching habit. Growth rate moderate to fast.
Prefers full sun and well draining soil. Will tolerate a range of soils and conditions.
